If you are new to energy healing and have never experienced it before or if you’re feeling a bit skeptical on how this can be done from a distance I hope some of your questions can be answered from all the information I have shared! Below, you will find useful information on some of the healing modalities I incorporate in my intuitive sessions!
The Emotion code
The emotion code is where we are able to identify trapped emotions that have become stuck within the body from any time during your life. They can be inherited, shared and absorbed emotions from others as well. They can build up over time and manifest in our lives physically, mentally and emotionally. Trapped emotions are emotional baggage that has not been processed so the emotions become stuck within the body which can be the source of pain, not being able to move past something and emotionally limiting in our daily lives.
When we remove these, we allow the body to heal and restore its natural balance!
Fun fact: Trapped emotions are between the size of an orange and a cantaloupe!
The Body code
The body code provides a deeper insight that helps to identify the root cause of an issue. with the body code we can explore energy that may be blocked, misaligned chakras, meridians and structural imbalances. Ideal for clearing misalignments and imbalances causing physical and emotional issues such as inner child, PTSD, anxiety, depression, panic attack, anger, suicidal thoughts, addiction, negative beliefs, phobias, financial blockages and truly, so much more!
In the Body code there are 6 main catergories:
- Energy: Emotional wellness- achieve energetic balance when you remove trapped emotions, internalized trauma and more
- Circuits and Systems: Achieve physical balance by identifying issues in organs, glands, muscles, body systems and how they connect
- Toxins: Identify heavy metals, free radicals, chemicals, EMF radiation and other toxins that may be throwing off your body balance
- Pathogens: Identify fungal, bacterial, viral, mold or parasitic invaders that may wreak havoc on your body from the inside out
- Misalignments: Support the proper function of bones, nerves, connective tissues, and alignment
- Nutrition & Lifestyle: Find herbs and nutrients, exercise and lifestyle habits your body is asking for

Do you have a heart wall?
What is a heart wall?
Its an energy wall we build around our heart from negative emotions that become trapped from wounds trauma and pain that have been put there by the subconscious mind in order to protect the heart. If we don't remove it, it interrupts the natural flow and depth of love we so naturally give and receive. It can cause feelings of isolation, anxiety, disconnectedness, depression, etc. It blocks you from living your life to the fullest, much like living life in a bunker, it serves its purpose during the time needed but if you're stuck in there you're missing out on letting the light shine down on you!
Anyone can have a heart wall! Young or old! Yes, kids can have them too!
Fun fact: Did you know most people have heart walls and on average they are about 6 1/2 inches thick!
Luckily we can bring down the emotional barrier by releasing the trapped emotions that make up the heart wall!
The Assemblage Point method
Is your assemblage point out of alignment?
The assemblage point is healthy when in alignment, and is located in a central position in the chest.
If we are brought up in a stable and healthy home, the assemblage point location fixes itself in a healthy, near central position at around the age of 7.
Our assemble point can become out of alignment with traumas such as, a serious accident, bereavement, disease, fever, tragedy, childhood, violence, sexual abuse, chronic stress or depression and such traumas as this.
Under these circumstances many people will see seemingly permanent changes in their moods or personality changes. They can also develop physical symptoms and illness which may eventually lead to more serious disease.
Depending on the location of your assemblage point , it can cause a variety of issues:
If its location is high, its accompanied by symptoms such as, Hyperactivity, anxiety, panic, insomnia, ADHD
If its location is low, it can cause issues such as: depression, post natal depression, bipolar, paranoia, schizophrenia, addiction, epilepsy, dementia, down's syndrome, coma, Parkinson, toxicity, cancer, leukemia, auto immune, multiple sclerosis, hypo liver/adrenal/thyroid & among many others.
Bipolar disorder seems to have an oscillating assemble point location switches from high to low as where with the autistic spectrum will most certainly be found on the left.
~Roots Released Healing~
Through intuition I have been given a gift as I have been guided to discover my own healing modality and created my own healing codes I use to release during a session, I am so grateful for this incredible gift as It has opened up many other doors and allowed me to access deeper routed traumas and provide the necessary healing. Since this method has come into many healing sessions for my own family and our animal friends, I have been given the opportunity to heal a variety of ailments and discomforts, which in turn has provided me experience and practice to truly see this gift come to life and flourish.

Hi, I've been having terrible TMJ pain for a while it was waking me up at night and I couldn't open my mouth wide enough to eat anything other than soup! Couldn't even suck on a straw as the muscles were restricted I guess, I was taking muscle relaxants to get some relief.

~ Amber performed the body code for me while she was studying to becoming a practitioner herself. I had read the emotion code and was tackling releasing trapped emotions on my own, I sought her out after finding her on the discover healing website and finding that she was in close proximity to me. In the first session we focused on my left knee pain. After that initial session I noticed a dramatic improvement and now it is completely gone. Next, we focused on my hip pain, I have had hip pain my entire life. I had been told by my chiropractor that my pelvis was out of alignment which in turn created differing leg lengths, no matter how many chiropractic sessions I had which put me back into alignment next session it was right back to the same. Today I visited my chiropractor for the first time in 4 months. When I asked her about my hips, she stated that the sacrum was only slightly out of line but that my leg lengths were not affected. After shoveling my walkway recently, I woke the next morning to find my hip and knee very sore and also what felt like a knot in my lower back... I couldn't bend over. I suffered with it for a couple of days but it wasn't improving.
