These sessions are done remotely so no need for you to stress about having to set aside time from your busy schedule but if you like, during your session time you are most welcome to create a relaxing space, cuddle up have a tea light a candle and take time to rest and relax! This session is up to 2 hours in duration, I email you all session notes and explanations of what was released, realigned and put back into balance and harmony to restore perfect alignment for your assemblage point

Before your appointment, make sure to stay well-hydrated by drinking plenty of extra water a few days before and after. Staying hydrated is beneficial to assist your body in processing everything we will address during your session.
